Broken Pedestal

About this game:

Broken Pedestal is a game about regrowing a forest to counter the spread of an aggressive species called a "meat turnip" that has wiped out most other life on the planet. You control a behemoth that strides across the wasteland of a desolate planet. You can sacrifice the behemoth to improve the land, find allies to help your fight and then finally destroy the infestation.

Decay brings life:

You can sacrifice your behemoth and as it decays it will improve the land around it turning barren land fertile and fertile land into forests. These growth tiles will protect your behemoth as it explores the vast wasteland. 

Meat Turnip Menace:

Search for other creatures to help your mission of destroying the hive but watch out; ravenous enemies spread across the land eating the forests they can find. Only your behemoth can fight them off.
